Positive:
The positive statement of having a government is that we are able to keep our cities more organized and have a the supplies that we need on hand when ever we need them.
Negative:
The negative part of having a government is when they themselves debate on something that they believe to be best for the people even though the people subject to themselves to what they know that is needed.
