2008 First and Last Vice Presidential Debate

The Vice Presidential Debate covered many foreign policy and domestic issues. Palin first greeted Joe Biden and asked him if she could call him Joe. She did pretty well in competing against Biden, but she chose a more unorthodox approach to the debate saying that she might not answer the questions the way people want her to. She mainly targeted her voice directly to the American people. She used the word maverick to describe John McCain a lot. Biden teared up during the debate also while reliving his experience raising two children on his own after his wife got killed in a car accident. Both of them spoke well on the issues.
